1. Order Processing Time
We process orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details when your package is dispatched.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the courier service:
Metro and major urban areas: usually 2–5 business days
Tier 2 cities and rural areas: usually 5–8 business days
Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, bad weather, carrier issues, or regional disruptions.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and may vary based on location, order size, and shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping as part of promotions.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we send you a tracking number by email (and SMS, where available).

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please make sure your name, address, phone number, and postal code are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

Recipient unavailability during delivery attempts
Wrong contact details
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:
Take clear photos of the package and product (if damaged).

We will work with the courier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
